What we will/might be providing:

  • food?
  • in-scenario transportation (not expecting people to be driving off road). Some transportation available, as much as possible, need to pack light, small, be able to carry everything on their back. We are planning on having transportation support, will be helpful to keep to backpack and possibly a duffel.
  • mileage? (there may be some compensations prorated, vague, decision after expenses to come. Our goal is to support participation as much as possible, after other expenses, funds are directed to participant expenses.)
  • WCB coverage
  • lost/damaged equipment policy (address not in registration, Cindy to resolve)
